Coconut Carrots & Beets
Simple yet comforting!
- 2 Tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup grated beets
- 1 teaspoon dried coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- Sea salt to taste
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté carrots, beets, coconut and cumin seed together until just heated through. Add salt and serve.
